 This exciting Lewes shop, recently moved into larger premises, stocks a diverse selection of beautiful Anatolian, Persian, Kurdish and Caucasian kilims (flatwoven or pileless rugs), pile rugs and associated artefacts.
We carry items to suit all tastes and all pockets - including floor, wall and furniture coverings of all sizes, animal trappings, bags, large and small cushion covers, hangings and framed fragments.
Pieces range from the contemporary up to 100 years old, and include a wide variety of styles and techniques, including: flatweave, soumak, zilli, cicim, tulu and knotted pile.
Every item is completely individual and handmade, personally selected and imported from Turkey.
